Sedna CRM can be used to record information about your contacts (clients, suppliers or business partners) using a web-based interface that's accessible from any Internet connected device.

A contact can be either a person or a company. It includes:

• a name
• a phone number
• an email address
• a physical address
• Twitter / instant messenger usernames
• possibly custom-defined information

For each contact, you can choose its visibility settings that will control who is able to see the information associated with that contact:

• only you
• a group which you define to be composed of several Sedna CRM specific users
• all the users that were invited to your Sedna CRM account.

Contacts can be tagged with certain keywords that will allow an easy retrieval later on. Sedna CRM allows multiple keywords for each contact. For example, some contacts could be tagged as clients, while others could be tagged as suppliers or vendors. At any time you can click any tag to see all the contacts associated with it.
