Work with Freelancers
There are several sites specialized in hiring freelancers for writing articles, reviewing content or doing research based on a set of well-written specs. Such sites include elance.com, rentacoder.com or scriptlance.com.
However, in some situations, the tasks are very small or highly critical, which requires several freelancers to work in parallel to ensure the project's success. In those cases, it can prove difficult to track all their work. Especially for high-volume and simple tasks, collecting the results and getting an overall picture of the project status can become quite difficult.
By using Eris Form Creator, those issues are solved: you can define in Eris a form having as questions the information that you'd expect from a freelancer who completes successfully one unit of work. The questions could include:
- the ID or the contact information of the freelancer.
- the ID of the unit of work which he processed.
- the results obtained as a result of processing the work.
Eris allows you via a browser interface to analyse the entries filled and to get a big picture overview of the results as provided by the hired freelancers. The results are also available in a PostgreSQL database, which can be queried programatically to extract the results filled by the contractors.
Access to the data is protected via an account password, or by a third party external login provider (we support integration with the Google, Yahoo and Facebook accounts).
