Organize Brainstorms
Having a brainstorm session can prove highly lucrative since it can discover new perspectives and ideas that wouldn't be thought of otherwise, but how to organize one effectively can sometimes be a difficult topic.
A brainstorm session must balance two goals:
- on one side, it must ensure the freedom to explore and to analyse things that have been ignored until now for various reasons.
- on the other side, it must provide a process via which such ideas are finalized or at least are written down to be followed up in a more conservative, realistic evaluation of their potential.
Eris Form Creator is an ideal tool for the later. As soon as ideas start to emerge, Eris can be used in order to create entries in a form, one for each idea, describing in what it consists of and how it can achieve the goals.
To create such a form, ask yourself what information would you like to have for each idea generated by the brainstorm session. Typically, such information includes:
- a short description of the idea.
- how would the idea help achieve the stated goals.
- the cost required for implementation.
- opportunities and risks associated with it.
The results filled during the brainstorm session can be later reviewed online. The access is protected by an Erbix account username and password, or via a third party login provider (such as Google, Yahoo or Facebook accounts).
