Collect Feedback Online
If you want to collect feedback from your audience, be it either:
- customers of your product
- students in your classroom
- participants in a conference (or a meeting)
- website visitors
or any other audience in general, Eris Form Creator is the ideal tool to do that. By using it, you no longer have to do the guess-work. Write down 3-5 key questions whose answers you want to find, make a form using Eris to collect the answers, and give the form to your audience (e.g. point your students or customers towards it at the end of your interaction).
When collecting feedback, you should aim to cover the following aspects to get the most out of it:
- process: is the method via which you interact with your audience suitable for them? Did they feel overwhelmed, confused or misorganized at any step of the process, and did they have a proper way to let you know about it?
- results: are they getting what they want? Is there any room for improvement? Do they have any suggestions for maximizing the results they're getting?
- organization: do they feel that the information is structured into logical units? Can they easily visualize the structure of the content communicated? Are the materials intuitive?
Eris allows you to review the answers provided at any time, from a browser's window, and to modify the questions in case you notice they are confusing based on the initial replies.
